Experience the ultimate in controller care with Dragon's Hoard Gaming's Full Service option. This Service for for OEM controllers only. 

 Full Service Includes:

• Complete Teardown: Your controller(s) will undergo a thorough disassembly, allowing us to inspect every component and locate any issues.

• Ultrasonic Cleaning: The controller(s) shell, buttons and cord will be meticulously cleaned using state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology.

• UV Treatment: The controller(s) shell will be treated with Aerospace 303 UV protectant to prevent fading, cracking, and repel dust and dirt

• Silicone Greasing: Plastic components such as triggers and buttons will be greased with high-quality ShinEtsu silicone grease for smooth operation and longevity.

• No Warranty: While I strive to provide the highest quality in all refurbishing services, it's important to note that I do not offer a warranty on controllers. Controllers undergo regular wear and tear through normal use, which makes it impractical to guarantee their performance over time.

* Disclaimer 1: This service focuses solely on a detailed cleaning of your controller(s) and does not include the replacement or repair of any broken or damaged parts. For example, if your controller's silicone pads are worn out or the thumb-sticks need repair, these are not covered under this cleaning service. However, you may send any replacement parts along with your controller(s), and we will install them at no additional cost as part of this service. This includes installing aftermarket or pre-built sticks for free.

Please note, rebuilding a stick with new parts is not included and will incur an additional charge for the extra time required. If you need such services, please contact us via the contact page before setting up your service. Should we discover any damaged parts during our cleaning process that you were unaware of, we can provide a quote for the necessary repairs or replacements at a premium.
