At Dragon's Hoard Gaming LLC, we strive to get your Gridfinity-compatible workbench organizers, gameroom display stands, decal sets, upgraded consoles, retro cartridges, and more to you quickly and reliably. We now ship within the continental United States and to Canada using USPS for all shipments. Below are the details on our shipping process, times, costs, and expectations.

Shipping Destinations We ship to addresses in the continental United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes (unless the selected service allows it), or other international locations.

Shipping Carriers and Methods All orders ship via USPS:

Domestic (United States)

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Our standard, cost-effective option for most orders (typically 3-7 business days delivery after shipping).
  • USPS Priority Mail: Faster option (typically 1-3 business days delivery after shipping) when selected or needed for time-sensitive items.

Canada

  • USPS First-Class Package International Service: Our economy option, ideal for lightweight items like decal sets, single organizers, or small stands (max 4 lbs; delivery typically 7-21 business days).
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Faster and more reliable with included tracking and up to $200 insurance (delivery typically 6-10 business days; flat rate options available for envelopes/boxes up to 4 lbs).

At checkout, you'll see available options and estimated costs based on your order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected USPS service. We provide tracking numbers via email once your order ships—track directly on USPS.com.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes). International orders to Canada do not qualify for free shipping at this time. For orders under $100 (domestic) or any Canada orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing and Shipping Times Processing times are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and start after your order is confirmed and payment cleared.

  • Made-to-order items (custom 3D-printed organizers, holders, stands, replacement parts, vinyl decals): Processed in 2-3 business days. These items are printed/cut on demand, so slight variations may occur based on order volume or material availability.
  • In-stock items (upgraded consoles, retro cartridges from our hoard): Typically ship the next business day.

Once processed, orders ship within 1 business day. Total delivery time after shipping depends on USPS (e.g., 3-7 days for domestic Ground Advantage/Priority, 7-21 days for Canada First-Class, 6-10 days for Canada Priority). These are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to carrier delays, weather, high volume periods (e.g., holidays), customs processing (for Canada), or unforeseen issues.

Shipping Rate Accuracy and Adjustments Shipping rates at checkout use Shopify's carrier tools (USPS real-time quotes) based on total order weight and our store default package dimensions. For single-item orders, if a product has specific package details assigned, that may be used. For multi-item orders, Shopify estimates assuming items fit in one combined package.

Actual packing may differ: We combine items safely where possible or use multiple boxes if needed for protection. This can cause the final shipping cost (when we purchase the label) to vary slightly from the checkout quote due to packing choices, dimensional weight rules, or carrier adjustments. If the shipping amount charged at checkout is higher than our actual cost, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after shipment. If actual costs exceed the quote (rare), we absorb the difference at no extra charge to you.

We pack carefully to minimize costs while ensuring safe delivery. For questions about a specific order's shipping, contact us after purchase.

Shipping to Canada – Important Customs Note (DDU) Shipping to Canada is Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes (such as GST/HST), brokerage fees, or other charges collected by the carrier (USPS/Canada Post) upon delivery or at the border. These fees are outside our control and depend on the order value, province, and Canadian customs rules.

  • For low-value shipments (typically under $40 CAD total), duties and taxes are often minimal or zero.
  • Higher values may incur additional fees (duties usually apply over ~$150 CAD for many goods under trade agreements).

We declare items accurately (e.g., "3D printed plastic organizer" or "vinyl decal set for retro gaming") at fair market value and provide required customs forms to help smooth clearance. We have no control over these charges, and they are not included in our shipping rates or product prices. Please factor this in when ordering—most of our lightweight items keep fees low!

Order Tracking and Delivery You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please monitor your package via USPS tracking. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the carrier picks up the package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after handover to USPS, but we'll assist with claims where possible (provide tracking proof).

Additional Notes Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy (e.g., our error in shipping wrong/damaged item). For upgraded consoles, see our separate One-Year Limited Warranty for repair-related shipping.

We pack items carefully to prevent damage, but if something arrives damaged, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
