Welcome to Dragon's Hoard Gaming LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website DragonsHoardGaming.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place orders.
1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing orders. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
The Site is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
2. Products and Orders
We offer custom 3D-printed organizers, holders, stands, replacement parts, premium vinyl decals, upgraded consoles, and retro game cartridges. Most 3D-printed items and decals are made-to-order and personalized.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate colors and details, but actual products may vary slightly due to monitor differences or production variations. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders (including after confirmation) due to pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Return & Refund Policy and, for upgraded consoles, our One-Year Limited Warranty (if applicable).
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, and any other import fees (which you are responsible for). Payment is due at checkout via available methods. We use secure third-party processors; your use of them is subject to their terms.
We are not responsible for payment processing errors or delays. All charges are final unless otherwise stated in our policies.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in the continental United States and Canada using USPS. Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout and may vary based on service selected (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail for domestic; First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International for Canada).
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or other carrier issues (though we use tracked shipping where possible).
Shipping to Canada – Important Note on Customs and Duties (DDU):All shipments to Canada are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means you (the customer) are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes (such as GST/HST), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian customs or the carrier upon delivery or clearance. These fees are outside our control, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and vary by order value, province, and Canadian regulations.
- For low-value shipments (typically under $20-40 CAD total value), duties and taxes are often minimal or exempt.
- Higher values may incur duties (often starting over ~$150 CAD for many goods under trade rules) and taxes.
We declare items accurately at fair market value and provide required customs forms, but we have no control over or liability for these charges. Please consider potential fees when placing orders to Canada.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
See our Return & Refund Policy for details on returns, refunds, cancellations, and handling of defective/damaged/incorrect items.
For upgraded consoles only: We provide a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. See our separate One-Year Limited Warranty for full terms, including repair process, exclusions (e.g., negligence, misuse), and customer responsibilities for return shipping.
No other warranties are provided — products are sold "as is" except as explicitly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Our custom designs (including Gridfinity-compatible organizers with unique magnet features) are for personal or authorized commercial use only as per Patreon terms for digital downloads. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our designs without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from use of the Site, products, or these Terms — even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We disclaim all warranties (express or implied) beyond those explicitly stated, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
